PAST CLIENT DATABASE REBUILD
You send two files. We return one working database that combines your records with permitted enrichment — current address, current phone, and whether they still live in the house you sold them.
The work is already done. It's just sitting in records nobody has pulled together.
Name, the address they live at now, a phone that rings, an email that isn't dead. Not the one on the 2011 contract.
Checked against the deed, one by one. The ones who moved without calling you are the ones worth calling first.
Purchase anniversary and how long they've held it, on every record — so the call has a reason that isn't “checking in”.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Most agents put this off because they think they need a clean list first. You don't. The mess is the job you're paying us for.
Run it with no date limit, both sides of the deal. This is the list of every transaction we rebuild from — .csv or .xlsx, exactly as it exports.
Whatever you use today, exported as it sits — duplicates, dead emails and all. Your rebuild merges into this, so you get one database instead of a second one to reconcile.
You'll pay on Stripe's page, not ours. We never see your card. Both files are stored privately and used only for your rebuild.
Your original records remain yours. The enriched rebuild is licensed for your business.
